Our Rain Guarantee is valid for a duration of two weeks from the date of your window cleaning service.

Rain-Related Spotting:
If your windows develop rain-related spotting within the guarantee period, please contact us promptly.

Complimentary Touch-Up:
We will schedule a complimentary touch-up service to address any rain-related spotting on your windows. This service will be performed at the earliest available opportunity within the guarantee period.

Service Availability:
The Rain Guarantee is subject to service availability in your area and may be limited during peak seasons.

Exclusions:
The Rain Guarantee covers rain-related spotting only and does not apply to other forms of dirt, debris, sprinkler/irrigation water, weather-related damage, or accidents.
